　　最近两年，凡是有人问我北京秋天的去处，我第一个推荐都是蒲洼。
　　说来也奇特，我唯一一次去蒲洼即非专程，时日也已过了最佳赏秋的季节，这里的事物和人却给我留下了无法磨灭的印象。
　　山间的柿子
　　话说两年前的深秋，同朋友一同前往房山张坊摘柿子，奈何意犹未尽，同伴建议去蒲洼，之前从未听说，既然有此选择，那就欣然前往。一路山势逐渐提升，道路两侧的山坡上往往长满柿子树，秋天的野柿子到了即将熟透的边缘，小小的一颗颗灵巧鲜红，在略显干瘦的枝干上十分耀眼，房山的深处农人甚少，这些柿子大多成为山间乌鸦的美食，它们漆黑的身影沉重地落在柿枝上，用嘴挑破柿子皮，浅尝里面的果肉，估计是只留恋那最美味的十分之一，剩下的往往就自由落体，瘫软在土地上了。
　　在北京山区，柿子有一种特别的秋的韵味，在同纬度的日本，“柿”也是俳句中重要的季语，同“菊”、“鹿”、“红叶”、“秋雨”一同建构着俳句里的秋天。正冈子规是日本明治时代俳句界中著名的“柿”人，代表作“方啖一颗柿，钟声悠婉法隆寺”（柿食へば鐘が鳴るなり法隆寺）据说是为了感谢好友夏目漱石为他的旅行筹集资金，连感谢好友也用吃柿子来表达，恐怕也就他能做出来了，所以夏目漱石在小说里讲正冈子规曾经一口气吃了十六个大柿子一点事儿都没有，读者方能接受而不做半点怀疑。
　　从四国回到北京的房山，那些柿子自己恐怕也不知道自己关系文人友情的传奇，它们只是默默地生长，成熟，落败，待来年再发。这颇有一点蒲洼的感觉。
　　绚烂花台村
　　蒲洼位于房山西部，临近河北，大多数游客从城里来过周末，往往抵达十渡便停留游玩不再往山里走，也就很少有人能体会“北京小西藏”的美好。
　　所谓“小西藏”的称号，估计是因为蒲洼地势高峻群山环绕，平均海拔一千米左右，如果盘山来到北京海拔最高的村子花台村的山坡上，海拔将近两千米，秋日登高俯瞰四周层林尽染，整个蒲洼的植被覆盖率达到90%，每立方厘米空气中负氧离子高达五千个以上，而在北京城区这个数字只有可怜的四五百个。而花台村最惊艳的要数“菊花台”，金秋季节各色菊花盛开，美不胜收。
　　两年前我们抵达菊花台时，已是十月下旬，梯台上的各个品种的菊花大多经过霜冻之后开始凋零，有的品种完全枯萎，有些耐寒一些，则刚刚度过怒放的盛花期，就这样一个花季的尾巴已经让人的眼睛应接不暇，《满城尽带黄金甲》里面那铺满宫廷的黄菊花跟此景比起来简直是弱爆了。
　　菊在中国文人眼里大多肃静高雅，大多一株两株在秋的寒意中开放，而菊花台则用一种从未有过的超越想象力的形式，如同瀑布落入巨石滩一般爆炸开来，布满游人目光所及的所有空间，花田间偶有一排排叶已绯红的杏树，与脚下的菊花丛上下呼应，用红色黄色占据了全部秋天。
　　因花台村海拔较高，每年九月下旬便进入盛花期，十一长假时更是到了最佳赏花期，但如果想要避开长假无处不在的游人，可以选择住在近旁的木屋度假村里，在人群稀少的早晨或傍晚到花田里细致品味菊花绵密的秋香。
　　小木屋一个个安稳在山坡的针叶林里，临窗便是落差极大的开阔的山林风光，我们一行人在安静的度假村里顺着石头路慢慢散步，因彼时已过旅游旺季，度假村里几乎无人，山下针叶的深绿阔叶的橙黄如梵高的调色盘，由傍晚的薄雾化开，十月下旬高山冷风阵阵，我们不由裹紧外套，北京的秋凉便悄悄地从皮肤进入各自的内心。
　　山居岁月
　　从花台往山下走，窄窄的盘山道一旁山壁一旁断崖，不时经过一座座沿崖而聚的村落，每个村落往往也就几户人家，用房山特有的石砌方式仔细地搭建出他们的院落、房屋和石阶。
　　房山这个名字恐怕就是对这里自古以来富产优良建材和能工巧匠的最好写照，民间传说着的各种房山工匠宫廷营造的传说已无从考证，但仅从我们一路上所见的农夫对自我家园的营造便能感觉此处对于营造法则的尊重。进出蒲洼乃至在房山区山间所遇村落，房屋、阶梯均由大小均匀的石头垒成，工艺精细，完全可以预见农人为此所耗费的时间和精力，在北京其他乡间所见的大多随意垒砌的北方山村特有的狭小梯田在房山也显得十足用心，对于那狭小一方的庄稼地，那几株蔬菜和粮食，恐怕也会因为农夫对他们温床的特别照顾而更加努力的生长和结果吧。
　　蒲洼山间的那些村落一点也没有因为山势险峻交通不便而有半分偷工减料，修建房屋和道路的石头依旧是整齐均一，院落中的石桌也是就地取材的平整而漂亮的青灰色石灰岩层，经过多年的雨水冲刷，甚至带着些许金属的荣光了。
　　村里大多只剩下老人，红的黄的落叶将屋外的夕阳所特有的暖色铺进了院落，年迈的老人也懒得去清扫，如同他们对自己的生活，恐怕也不像城里人那么在意和关照，他们好像还是按照简朴原始的方式在山间活着，当然，我们也遇到一位更加聪明的农妇，敏锐地洞察到我们一行人的消费所需，向我们贩卖了一大袋夏末所收的核桃。大家似乎也达成默契，不同她讨价还价，付给她的钱在我们看来相当公正合理，在老人脸上却换来了灿烂的笑容，她和老伴把我们送到好远，不停地让我们来年再来。我们当然欣然答应，但却两年未能前往，对承诺的失信令我一直有一种难以述说的愧疚，经历过许多事情的我们深知时间可以改变的太多，你永远不知道在山居岁月中，这位让人印象深刻的老人在两年间会发生什么变故。
　　秋天是一种敏感而独特的季节，有着与其相应的景貌风味。他似乎最能打动人对人生的感怀，那火红而寂寞的柿，那耀眼着过完自己一生的菊花，那落满秋叶和枯枝的石头院落，都同春夏不同，他们用一种与众不同的倔强打动着我们。而蒲洼的秋，用广袤山林和秋华秋实将这种心绪间的火苗吹助得愈加旺盛。此情此景，不由得想起郁达夫《古都的秋》的结尾：“秋天，这北国的秋天，若留得住的话，我愿把寿命的三分之二折去，换得一个三分之一的零头。”

　　作为房山区最深处的一个乡，蒲洼还未被众人所熟知，因此有幸保留了那份最难得的纯朴和原始。蒲洼乡位于北京西南方向，距市区120公里，东与霞云岭乡红色旅游基地堂上村相邻，南与十渡风景区毗邻，西与野三坡风景区接壤，北与河北省九龙镇南边桥村交界。
　　蒲洼乡地势高峻，群山环绕，海拔在407-1870米之间，空气清新，空气质量每天都好于二级以上，年平均温度9-11度，昼夜温差大，山、水、林、洞等自然风光优越，素有北京的“小西藏”之称。蒲洼乡四季皆景，尤以秋季为胜，秋季的蒲洼层林尽染，遍地金黄，成熟的果实满山皆有，还可以买到新鲜的核桃和柿子。在这块土地上，没有任何工业，当地农民主要以林业和发展林业产业带为主，2005年被北京市政府正式批准蒲洼为市级自然保护区。
　　蒲洼乡共有8个行政村，几乎每个村子都有几处风光秀丽的景点，景点主要分布在东村、芦子水、蒲洼、议和，目前旅游各类设施比较完善的主要是东村。

　　花台景区是蒲洼乡最规范、最具规模的一处景点，位于蒲洼乡东村，为高山平台，紧邻108国道。该景区设施比较完善，是集观光、休闲、度假、健身、采摘为一体的综合性旅游景区。景区内划分为山脊风光区、森林沐浴区、田园采摘区、汽车露营区和木屋养生区等。
　　山脊风光区：依托山脊依山势修建游览步道，全长约5500米，平均每600到800米修建了供人休息的凉亭及景观平台，为游客提供了健身疗养、融入自然，远眺山景的绝好良机。
　　森林沐浴区：以人工林为主，种植品种为油松、落叶松，一片负氧离子含量高的绿色海洋，游客可以浴天然氧吧，吸新鲜空气，赏锦绣风光，观百兽嬉戏，听鸟语林涛。
　　田园采摘区：田园采摘区有一处名为菊花台的景点，30多个品种的各色菊花种满了梯田式的高台，艳丽无边，即便进入深秋，菊花衰败枯萎，“菊花残，满地伤”的景象依然有种苍凉的美感。另有食用菌基地、反季节草莓基地、野菜基地、中药材基地，甚至南瓜长廊等，基地采摘区从每年4月至10月底，都可以为游客提供应季采摘服务。
　　木屋养生区：林间木屋和仿古小院全部坐落在原始松林中，完全融入林木其间，景观优美,视野开阔,生态环境极佳,且木屋幽静私密、光柔适度、设施齐备、居住舒适。游客在此可以享受天然氧吧，吸新鲜空气，调理身心、愉悦精神。
　　汽车露营区：这里有专业的汽车露营地，游客可以山间峡谷徒步探险，在森林沐浴区呼吸新鲜空气，充分享受高海拔山地风光。帐篷露营区有大片高山草甸，可设150个帐篷，视野开阔、气候凉爽，晚上躺在床上看星星是野外露营的理想之地。

　　雀鸣山，又名椅子圈，因其地貌形似一把圈椅而得名。位于蒲洼乡议合村，是房山世界地质公园重要组成部分，海拔1147.7米，以优美自然山林风光和大面积的高山草甸为特点。山顶有6公顷的高山草甸，地势平缓。在草场之上，有奇石点缀，尤其老君讲经石，自然天成，惟妙惟肖。由于地势较高，可以俯瞰十渡考斯特地貌，风景绝佳，是画家写生理想之地。

　　大游龙景区推荐指数：★★★
　　该景区位于蒲洼乡芦子水村，景区内有茂密的原始森林，植被保护完整，森林覆盖率达90%以上，自然景观秀美，奇峰石怪，鬼斧神工，谷深涧幽，移步景迁，旅游资源十分丰富。有千万年以上形成的天璇地质奇观、二郎担山孔、三仙洞、檀木根雕走廊、回音壁、三连湖瀑布自然景观，天然溶洞随处可见，春天的千亩杏园杏花如海，还有碧水湾垂钓园、百年老民居、隗氏民俗文化艺术园等人文景观。
　　同时该村还有“隗氏文化园”，房山非物质文化遗产，北方流传着这样一种说法“天下一个隗，老家芦子水”。说的是天下姓隗的其祖籍都是现今的房山区蒲洼乡芦子水村。在芦子水村西南沟谷中，隗氏祖坟的石碑赫然高耸，这就是隗姓家族后代称之的“隗家老坟”的地方。每逢春暖花开的清明佳节，隗氏族人家长带上儿孙，从各自住地纷纷前来隗氏根组地芦子水，吊牲祭扫、缅怀先祖，追思过去的岁月，系络亲情，根祖地隗氏村民杀猪宰羊做豆腐，招待四方隗氏祭祖族人，亲属及朋友大家围坐一起边吃边喝、边敬酒、边畅谈交流、边欣赏一场家乡的老调梆子戏，心灵得到慰藉，精神上获得新的动力，是隗氏家族的传统，几百年来从未间断。

　　天龙狩猎场推荐指数：★★★
　　天龙狩猎场是北京市仅有的两家狩猎场之一，也是唯一面积最大，设施最齐全的狩猎场。围栏式封闭猎区6000亩，包括天然猎区、封闭式靶台猎区、标准飞碟射击场等，可同时采取猎枪打猎、弓弩射猎等方式。狩猎场猎物品种多样，有狍子、野鸡、山羊、野兔等十余种野生动物，并设有标准飞碟靶场，以狩猎也可以打飞碟。

　　悬崖上的富合村推荐指数：★★★★
　　富合村素有峭壁上的山村之称，虽然村内没什么景点，但胜在原始古朴。富合村比较难找，真正隐匿在大山深处，从乡政府附近的一条盘山道蜿蜒而上，水泥路一侧绝壁如削，坡度陡峭，路边都是结满果实的山酸枣和纹理丰富的石头，驶到山顶，便是富合村，富合村处于山腰悬崖的狭窄空间中，面临深渊，民风古朴，多是老年人，难以想象在未修公路之前，村里人是如何走出大山的。

　　冰冷湖风景区推荐指数：★★
　　位于蒲洼村西侧，正在开发中的景点。这里森林茂密，空气清新，是北京重要的森林保护区。树种很多，有的树木生长期已达百年以上，是一处极好的天然氧吧。在冰冷湖风景区东侧的峡谷中，有一处凳子沟风景区，全长7公里，主要景观是观看一线天、山泉水和茂密的森林景观。

　　十渡
　　十渡是北京人民比较熟悉的一处景点了，距蒲洼乡约30公里，位于北京市房山区西南，是中国北方唯一一处大规模喀斯特岩溶地貌。十渡山水四季如画，处处是景。主要景点是：南方大峡谷、穆柯寨、青江沟、孤山寨、万景仙沟、仙龙岛等。特色景观有：群峰叠翠、五指山、蝙蝠山、笔架山、龙山"佛"字、骆驼峰、石人峰、雄鹰展翅峰、鹰嘴岩、棒槌岩、千尺窗、一线天、通天洞等近百处。

　　张坊镇的磨盘柿
　　还记得《还珠格格》里小燕子在逃亡中偷柿子的情节吗？那片被“窃”的柿子林便是张坊镇的。张坊镇在北京西南的拒马河畔，离蒲洼乡还有20公里。张坊磨盘柿历史悠久，早在明朝朱元璋时期就已栽培，至今已有600余年的历史，为历代宫廷贡品。张坊镇身为磨盘柿专业镇，结出的柿子果实硕大，皮薄汤清，甘甜多汁，颜色艳丽。每年收获时节，大批的摄影人和旅游者会到张坊的柿子林摄影、采摘、品尝。

　　野三坡
　　野三坡与蒲洼相邻，也是近年来京郊游的热点。隶属河北保定市涞水县境内，自然景观奇特、人文景观丰富，既有北方山水的高亢，又有着南方山水的婉约，被称为“北方小桂林”，距北京仅100公里。它由七个各具功能的景区构成，分别是百里峡、拒马河、百草畔、佛洞塔、龙门峡、金华山以及近年开发的三黄山。

　　去蒲洼最方便的交通方式是自驾，自驾可以游玩各个村的不同景点，随玩随停。蒲洼乡共有8个村庄，最著名的景点是东村的花台景区，目前有两条公路干线可以进蒲洼，宝水村是两条路线的汇聚点，G108进蒲洼乡的第一个村子是宝水村，宝水村向西沿G108经过东村、芦子水、鱼斗泉便进入河北境内；向南走张宝路经蒲洼村、议和村经张坊可以返京。

　　自驾路线
　　自驾路线主要有两条，推荐走108国道，108国道沿线风景如画，云雾缭绕，秋季更是色彩斑斓，108国道房山段更被誉为北京最美的乡村路。PS：过宝水村后，盘山道居多，弯多坡陡，注意安全，缓慢行驶。
　　路线一：京石高速琉璃河出口（下道），经琉璃河、韩村河、云居寺路口右转、十渡路口右转到蒲洼乡，该线进蒲洼乡境内第一个村子是议合村。
　　路线二：走108国道，过百草畔向西，二十公里左右会见到蒲洼的路标，左转，一路下坡，到蒲洼，该线进蒲洼乡境内第一个村子是宝水村。

　　公共交通
　　天桥乘836路公交到房山总站，换乘到蒲洼的19路，19路公交车一天两趟，可到达蒲洼乡的各村，终点站是蒲洼乡的最后一个村庄--鱼斗泉。

　　蒲洼东村盛产蘑菇，这里有一种让游客念念不忘的美食--蘑菇宴。各类食用菌口味浓郁，搭配当地野木耳、野菜，再配上东村特制的红豆饭、炸油香，绝对美味。东村目前有5家农家乐可以制作有机蘑菇宴，蘑菇宴需要至少提前一天预订；另外如果不吃蘑菇宴也可以提前预定很地道的农家菜，蘑菇宴和农家菜都是用民俗传统手艺和当地山区新鲜食材制作而成的，蘑菇宴实行统一价格，人均60元。
　　东村很多农家乐可以吃到最正宗的蘑菇宴，蘑菇都是当地林下自产，一顿蘑菇宴大概是14个菜，人均60元，因做蘑菇宴的食材需要现吃现采，故需要提前一天预定。预订电话：18611157596 任主任。

当地特产
　　进蒲洼乡境内，便是一路山区，一路乡村，路边野生的柿子、山楂、山梨、山酸枣、核桃应有尽有，除核桃外，大多都是野生的。

　　薄皮核桃
　　蒲洼乡村子里头大多数人家都有几棵核桃树，山里的核桃树大，叶厚而枝叶茂盛，结的果实壳薄，味甘，果肉细腻,补气养血。与传统核桃相比，薄皮核桃可以提前3年结果,皮薄如纸,用手就能把核桃壳捏碎,许多人又叫它"纸皮核桃"。而且这种新品种核桃成熟期早,口味好,含油量高,经济价值比老品种核桃高出2至3倍。PS：如果想买核桃，最好到当地农户家中买，都是自家产的，价格公道。

　　磨盘柿
　　房山的磨盘柿名声在外，果实极大，平均一个就有半斤重，果形端正，扁方或扁圆，腰部有一圈明显缢痕，将果实分为上下两部分，形似磨盘。果皮橙黄至橙红色，果肉乳黄色，脱涩后的软柿皮薄、汁多、肉细、甘甜、无核。房山的磨盘柿以张坊镇最有名，成熟的季节在每年10中旬到下旬。

　　中华蜂蜜
　　中华蜂是我国特有蜜蜂，2003年时我国北方仅蒲洼乡存有30群，主要分布在议合村和森水村。土蜂蜜能预防脑力劳动者的脑溢血，心血管硬化，高血压、中风后遗症等老年性疾病；并具有养肝明目、清心、补肾、健脾和胃、润喉、生津，以及调整血脂有抑菌作用；对消化不良、食欲不振、失眠多梦、免疫力低下、慢性肝炎、高血压、心肌梗塞、肺结核等病人有独特的食疗效果，另外它的养颜、润肤、祛斑之功效也不错。

　　自驾游方式灵活、时间弹性较大，游览时间随意。去程走G108可欣赏北京沿途最美的乡村路，经宝水村到东村、芦子水游览，东村的花台景区集观光、休闲、度假、健身、采摘为一体，值得多留些时间，可品尝当地特色蘑菇宴。如果不想疲于赶路，可在当地住一晚。返程走张宝路会经过蒲洼、富合、议和，如果季节合适，顺便到张坊镇的柿子林先吃为快。
